Submissions never stop — imported history included — and there is no automatic overage charge, ever. Storage and email degrade gently instead of billing you: when storage is full, new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade, and emails over the monthly allowance wait in the queue — never lost — until the month rolls over. Yes — on any paid plan, as prepaid packs: $10 for 300 credits, $30 for 1,000. A pack is a one-time purchase, never a subscription and never overage: you choose to buy it, it never renews, and unused pack credits never expire. Packs are drawn only after your monthly allowance is used, and one balance is shared across your whole billed group of organisations.
If you collect money through a Faldaro form on the Free plan, we keep 3% of it. Collect nothing and you pay nothing — that is how Free pays for itself instead of charging you a subscription. Every paid plan is 0%, so once you are taking more than about $1,000 a month you are better off on Starter.
Unlimited forms — a form is just a definition, so we do not count them on any plan. Free includes 10,000 submissions a month, which is more than an evaluating team will use, and it is bounded by the things that genuinely cost us money: one user, 250 MB of file storage and 100 emails a month. What you upgrade for is removing our branding and the 3% payment fee, plus integrations, exports and audit history — not permission to keep collecting.
